design is made for people.”
What’s The Problem?
People with textured hair often struggle to find products that truly work for their unique hair type, leading to frustration, wasted money, and trial-and-error routines. This is especially a problem for students who have limited financial means to go on such a costly journey Additionally, there is no centralized platform dedicated to both product discovery and community support for individuals with curls, coils, and waves.
My Solution
Here are little videos of my results, and a peek to the Figma file of the wireframes, itterations, and final prototype— if you want it. Or, scroll along to see it here!

What I Would Do Differently
Make the tiles on the homepage clickable, allowing users to get information about their goals and hair type— what works for them, what doesn’t and why.
Removing Search from the nav bar and instead adding it to the shopping page.
